The new products presented on this page and their respective technical data sheets are added to the long

list of freeze-dried products previously developed by Route des Gerbes d'Angelica (RGA).

Resulting from a rigorous technical development process, all products undergo recipe creation, 

a proven preparation method, testing (trial and error), and final approval. 

Then, the specifications are forwarded to Angelica Route Gourmande, 

responsible for production, marketing and broadcast.
